So many monkeys!

I played Red Dot but it took my Monkeys Forever to take a Hint. I got to on a Walk to the Park along with one of my bonus Monkey Puppies and his Sister! Also there was a Bunny on the Side Yard so I got to Play "Drive the Monkeys Crazy with Barking and Scratching at the Window" but they do not seem to Appreciate this so much. |

Ista on my bed
The big monkey's black clicky thing just keeps getting bigger. But it makes me look pretty. And elegant, except for the one with me licking my nose, and he's totally not going to post that one. Right, monkey? |

Boring
All my Best Monkeys have Disappeared. On Tuesday, Timprov Disappeared. I thought he was just Sleeping in his Room. But after Hours Passed with no Sign of Timprov I got Worried. I Barked at his Door to Tell Marissa there was a Problem. On Wednesday, Mark and Marissa made me wear my Stupid Lobsterb Costume. Even Mormor did not Rescue me from it; she just Laughed. Then this Morning, Marissa left too. I am Stuck with Boring Old Mark. |

I am so Smart!
Today I did my new Trick three times! It is "widdershins!" Mark seems to like having me spin Three times instead of One, but I am sure he will Catch On in time. |

The Georges Are Back!
I found a New Nest of Baby Bunnies! Just Like Last Year! And just like last year, stupid markgritter moved them outside the fence where I can't play with them. It's not like I even hurt any. |

The treatment of Good Sticks and Bad Monkeys.
Ooooh, is markgritter going to be in trouble when he comes inside. I sympathize -- Digging Holes Is Fun. When I have a Good Stick, I like to Dig Holes, too. But mrissa is utterly unreasonable on this subject. Probably when he comes in, she will put him in the laundry tub and make his paws all wet and tell him the two-letter n-word lots of times. (I hate That Word.) Poor markgritter. It's a Very Good Stick, though. |

I am Big
I am Two Years Old Today. That means I am Big. I am Twelve Pounds. Also Big. In addition, I have a HEFFALUMP. It is the BEST HEFFALUMP 3VAR!!!ONE1!!1 It is Good to be the Puppy. |

Bunnies
It is Spring! Spring is Very Exciting because there is Mud. (Oh, so much Mud!) And Bunnies! I have been Hunting a Bunny who Does His Business in the Front Planter. It is Not His Planter. Tonight I Chased him around the Back Yard. He could not Get Out in the Usual Place because Mark had Filled In the Hole Under the Fence. Such Fun! Mark is, I guess, Occasionally Useful. |

Monkey Smells
mrissa had to spend a couple days not Bending Over or Lying Down. (I only know the second of those tricks.) So I got to spend those days at Mormor's house! But when I returned I found that the same stupid Rules about not Dancing on the Monkeys' Heads were still in force. So I got removed from the Bedroom. But I still wanted to be close to my Marissa! What is a Puppy to Do? I discovered that the Living Room Couch Smelled Like Marissa. She must have been Sleeping on it. I curled up there, and then Mark came and gave me Tummy Rubs. So it was OK. |

Sick Puppy
This is timprov posting for Ista, who is currently undergoing a barium trace. She has a bowel obstruction and will almost certainly undergo surgery sometime in the next 24 hours. She'll be spending tonight in the hospital. We wish her well. |

Most Interesting
Now that it is Fall, Mark sometimes Leaves the Window Open in his Office.
Today there was a Small Monkey riding her Tricycle on the Street. This was Most Interesting.

Also there was a Monkey Puppy in the Park who was making Growling Sounds at Me. I made myself Very Small so that he would Know I was a Nice Puppy. |

Hiding
The Monkeys Understand how Important it is to Hide my Busy Bone. They have Demonstrated this in the Past. So Why Won't Mark LET ME IN to the Bedroom?!? I cry and cry and yet He Does Nothing. I Know There's a Good Hiding Spot in There. |

Me and the New Monkey Toy
The House Monkeys got a new Toy. It's a big Box with Hot Water in it. I, myself, prefer to use the Porch for Yelling at Squirrels and Gophers. The Glass lets you see them Really Well. But tonight I decided to See what this Whole Thing was About. I tried my usual Trick of Jumping Up to See like I do at Mormor's. But this one has a Step! So I Jumped onto the Step, Sniffed the Water for a Second, and then Jumped again Over the Edge. (I can do this because I am a Big Girl.) Mark got Really Upset about this, so I didn't get to Swim. Instead I got Pulled out of the Water and Yelled At. Stupid Monkeys. |
